Rylee Hopson

Hey! I am Rylee Hopson, a sophomore Creative Media student minoring in Public Professional and Digital Writing here at the Capstone. I am from Canton, Georgia just 45 minutes outside Atlanta. 

All throughout my life, I just remember creating in all mediums. From the home videos my sister and I would make, to writing fantasy stories or scripts, to the school yearbook and wherever else my creative journey takes me. I just love being behind a camera or to be with a pen in my hand thinking of new stories. I feel comfortable knowing I will always find a way to create. 

Outside of this part of my life, I center on my other passions such as marching with the Million Dollar Band or just relaxing and ingesting the media other people are creating. Seeing other people put their work out for the world to see is inspiring and I cannot wait to share mine as well.  

This is going to be a blossoming semester of growth with this Mosaic’s all female team and I am so excited to be a part of it.
