“I wanted to challenge myself and be surrounded by those with similar goals.“
What is your favorite class you have taken in the Honors College?
“Honors Public Speaking because it’s my strong-suit and my teacher really pushed me to my full limits. I was even able to memorize part of a ted talk by the end of the semester and speak it in front of a class.“
What has been your favorite part of being in the Honors College?
“My favorite parts of being in the honors college are the connections I’ve made with others and the opportunities it has given me.“
What advice would you give to those who want to join the Honors College?
“Try it! If you have the qualifying GPA, you will be fine! If you don’t like it, then you can always drop it but at least you will have tried it. The classes are really not much harder than normal classes, they just move faster.“
