Las Doñas unites the Latinx community by opening opportunities for community service, networking, fundraisers, and improving academic standards. The community fosters sororal relationships through friendship and mutual support between people or groups who share and exhibit the same interests as the organization, while promoting a greater understanding of Latino/Hispanic traditions. Through discussion, learning practical skills, and community and team building, the community will empower individuals while cultivating cultural and revolutionary possibilities. Las Doñas aims to strengthen networks among individuals and seek to embrace those of diverse ethnic and racial backgrounds, generations, sexual orientations, nationalities, and physical abilities both on and off campus.
