Michael Beer comes to the University of Alabama from nearly two thousand miles away, glad for a change in pace, scenery, and humidity. He is currently planning on pursuing a double major in History and Economics, with a possible minor in Latin American Studies, but enjoys photography and creative writing on the side. He intends to experiment in more journalistic and commercial applications of photography and writing through Mosaic and work toward building a portfolio. He’s also a serious fan of strategy computer games and is prone to pulling all-nighters to finish a campaign.
