I enjoy running, playing football, and anything else that requires a lot of competitive energy. I’m also on the Alabama Forensics Council, which is the speech and debate team, where I enjoy the competitive environment. In June, I became the founding Editor-in-Chief of Nineteen Fifty-Six, the first Black student-led magazine through the Office of Student Media. My future career goals include owning a law firm and being a philanthropist. I have a passion for journalism because of the opportunity to write and speak about topics that people need to know about. I joined the MOSAIC team during Fall 2019. I am excited to be the MOSAIC Editor-in-Chief this year.
