Elizabeth has mild to severe obsessions with all things fall, drinking coffee, eating food, singing “Deep in the Heart of Texas,” and binge watching Netflix when she has free time. She also has strong affectionate feelings towards elephants, squirrels and pugs. If she were to have her own pug, his name would be Bear after Bear Bryant. Although in love with Dreamland barbecue and the cooler weather here in Alabama, she deeply misses Tex Mex, palm trees and her pet turtle, Awkward. Although currently content with her life as a chaco-and-norts wearing-student, she dreams of one day working for a space exploration agency, such as NASA and Boeing, handling their public affairs. In an ideal world, Elizabeth would currently be traveling around the world to sample food and visit historic sites.
