Why did you choose to join the Honors College?
“I knew it would give me opportunities to take cool classes that I would not have had the chance to take if I hadn’t joined.“
What is your favorite class you have taken in the Honors College?
“Mosaic (UH 180)! I worked with the design team, and it gave me an outlet to be creative and collaborate with a unique group of students that I wouldn’t have had a chance to collaborate with normally.“
What has been your favorite part of being in the Honors College?
“Meeting and interacting with people outside of my major and my friend groups. It’s always helped me stay involved beyond my usual circle of people I see on a daily basis.“
What advice would you give to those who want to join the Honors College?
“Get involved and meet people early! Some of the people I met in my first Honors class are still my friends four years later, so don’t be afraid to put yourself out there.“
What’s your favorite movie?
“The Hunger Games! It was the first movie that really made me appreciate technology, which is what led me to my major.“
What’s a random thing about you?
“I can say the alphabet backwards in 2.5 seconds!“
