Cathryn Clancy

Hi! My name is Cathryn Clancy, and I am currently a sophomore at the University of Alabama. I am majoring in both Anthropology and Foreign Languages & Literature with a concentration in Latin. After graduation I hope to participate in field work throughout the Mediterranean and possibly teach at the high school or collegiate level.

I am originally from a smaller town on the coast of Massachusetts about an hour outside of Boston, but recently moved to upstate New York. I decided to come to the University of Alabama to experience a different part of the country (and also to escape the cold!) and because of the various opportunities offered within my majors. In my free time, I enjoy spending time exploring different things that Tuscaloosa has to offer and hanging out with friends at various spots around campus.

I am very excited to be involved with the Mosaic team this semester and hope possibly leave some type of impact on the University of Alabama community! I can’t wait to become more involved with campus and learn about my peers.
