Name: Cassandra Thomas

Position: Photography Team

Hello! My name is Cassandra Thomas and I am a senior studying public relations with a minor in Spanish. After I graduate, I look forward to pursuing a career in PR and communications while expanding my photography portfolio on the side. I would certainly label myself a “creative” of some sorts. My favorite parts of studying public relations are those where I can plug into an outlet of innovation, whether it be through graphic design, photography, writing, or some other variation of art and presentation. My dream job is to work as an independent traveling photographer/videographer so that I can see new places while getting paid to do what I enjoy doing.

I am extroverted so, in my free time, you’re likely to find me hanging out with my friends either at home or anywhere there is food and music. I have always loved to dance and am currently a member and executive officer for the Riptide Dance Crew on campus.

I was already vaguely familiar with the Mosaic course, as I had wanted to enroll in it in previous years but could never fit it in until my now last semester at UA. From the very first day of class, it was evident that we would all be collectively working together to create something incredibly rewarding. I am elated to be able to explore my creative interests alongside other talented students.
