Grace Murphy

Grace Murphy is a freshman at The University of Alabama and is so excited to start her journey in Tuscaloosa, Alabama. She was born in Chicago, Illinois, and currently lives in Houston, Texas but has lived in a multitude of places. Her personal favorite is London, England and she plans on returning to visit friends when the pandemic has calmed down. In high school, she was head of publicity and marketing for her school’s theatre department and even won state for her work on the play: The 39 Steps. Grace also was Vice President of Marketing and Social Media for her DECA chapter and hosted many charity events throughout her DECA career. 

While her journey is fairly new to the university, she has already involved herself in many organizations on campus. Grace is a councilor on the First Year Council of the Student Government Association and is also an active member of her sorority, Pi Beta Phi. She is excited to join the Mosaic team, and cannot wait to see what they produce this semester!
